Notes

This was Melissa's idea. 100 pull-ups, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 air squats. Despite tape got a couple blisters. Pull-ups took 25 min (way slow but I lost a lot of my technique & stamina). Push ups took 13 min, sit ups took 5 1/2 min, and may have done 10 extra air squats (lost count in the middle). Waaaaay slower than my best (yeah, I know, re-starting after being side-lined).
