I knew it would be slow (pullups still so sad right now - so 2 min off my best from last year). 1000m Row (4:12), 50 - 35lbs Thrusters (15-15-10-5-5), 30 Pull Ups (way broken up). Despite tape tore a callous in the middle of the PU (but no blood). Okay girl, when my PUs are back, we shall meet again!
