Shit, wat roei jij hard. Ik denk dat als je 20 sec. langzamer gaat roeien, je er 1 min. afhaalt.
3:11 is op zich niet heel hard voor mij Vincent. Dat is zeker 8 seconden langzamer dan als ik het vol zou doen. Dat is 4 seconden trager op de 500m split time, en dat is behoorlijk wat (lees: veel minder inspannend)
Ik kan me voorstellen dat je sneller kunt als je alleen die 1k roeit. Dat had ik al n beetje ingecalculeerd. Ik roeide zelf zo'n 35 seconde langzamer (op 1k) dan dat ik kan, en dat beviel me goed. Als je de stang van de thrusters 1x op de grond legt ben je zo 10s kwijt, dus dat haal je zo in. Nu deed ik die unbroken.
