brutal. 3:33 for 1K. set to 6ish. prob came out gates a lil too hot. started with 1:41 pace and ended around 1:50 pace. thrusters 20/10/14/6. wanted to break up in 3 sets but just couldnt make it happen. butterfly pullUps. 4/11/15. had a hard time finding rhythm at first. happy to get a PR but still have lots of engine work to do.
