Carry the Fallen 2014 Ruck #1 - NYC Used Heavy loadout more or less. RATs, 37# w/ 3 lead plates + gear, 44# w/ water which I drank little of. Rained from 1100 on. Easier pace in the beginning then picking it up from 1500 on. The 70min train ride was enlightening from a rest/tightening up perspective. I didn't feel so bad getting on the train but def. felt stiffer coming off. Still able to jog to my car though & didn;t really feel broken off at all, so that is a good sign.
