Did this as part of 5 reps on-the-30 seconds...was able to get 5-5-5-5-3-3-3-1 to finish off the 30! Big PR :) feeling great on my muscle ups. This was also after 40 deficit handstand push ups in 5 minutes, probably rested like 10 minutes after.
