Ate too closely to working out and my food never settled. Walked outside during the warm up and almost puked. Row was rough maintained a 1:50-1:55 pace and finished last 200m at 1:38-1:40. Got to the bar at just under 4 mins. Finished the thrusters just past 5:30. Pull ups unbroken. Puked after the wod. Need to work on my row. Knees were bothering me a bit.
