No regression on my shoulder press, new PRs on deadlift and back squat, new overall PR at 840. Might have tweaked my back though (on the back squat, oddly enough), in the usual left SI joint spot. Considering my weight training over the last few months has been spotty at best, I'm pretty happy with the numbers.
