Notes

Given that I haven't lifted for about two months, I had no right to expect a respectable total, and am pretty happy with this one—especially the deadlift, which at 420 pounds is a 5-pound PR and a 10-pound improvement from my last total. The shoulder press stayed at a measly 125 pounds, and is an area where I clearly need a lot of work. The back squat was 320 pounds, 10 pounds off my best but still fine.
