Was supposed to be 6x2, but said 5x3 on the whiteboard. I realized that I do a weird twisting motion when I use the mixed grip. Gonna stop using it cuz it results in the bar getting too far away from my body on the side thats palms away. DLs felt really good today. Want to try a one rep max soon.
