thrusters 11/10...5/5/5...3/3/3 first set felt easy like I could have kept going. Glad I broke them up because the last set of each round was really hard. Pullups 7/7/7..5/5/5...3/3/3 think I could have gotten more like 11/10 and 8/7...next time.
