Did this 7 months ago with only a 10# ball... RX'd only once before, 2-1/2 years ago in 40:13... only a 38 second PR -->> really, really need to work on wall balls (10 foot target). Did 5's the 1st and 5th rounds, mostly 3's for the 2nd-4th round. I wanted to quit twice :( when the rest of the class stopped their AMRAP at 25 min (I had 3 rounds + 400m run), and after the 4th round (32-something min)
