First time hitting some squat snatched in a workout. Went unbroken on squat snatch. 9 then 5/2 then 3/2 on muscle ups. Just gassed from all the squatting. The boys were being crazy and I was distracted by them. Lame. Happy to be squatting again. Knee felt good.
