Hit this about 30 mins after Diane. Body loosened up. Hit some floss band on the high hip and did the psoas stretch on the pole. Much better. Snatch actually felt incredible. Very weird. Felt strong and fast under. All reps easily unbroken. Shoulder on the other hand wasn't having it. 9 mu were no problem but the 5th rep of 7 was sketchy and then the rest were painful. Need to keep hitting my internal rotation. Still a 1 second improvement from last time. Shoulder needs to get better asap.
