Notes

Conventional DL. Worked up as follows: 245, 335, 425, 475, 505x0. On the 475# pull, I lost my form slightly and strained my lower right back. Lessons learned: I) must keep form 100% correct. I noticed that my left hand grip was a couple inches wider than my right hand grip. Also, keep tight back posture and no rounding. II) listen to my body. After tweaking back, I never should have attempted the next lift.
