29 seconds slower today than last December, same mod... 95# power cleans broken up much more this time: 10/4/3/3/1, 5/3/3/2/2, 5/4 (last set was the only bigger set compared to last time)... Tried bar dips before the WOD, but the bottom of the dip still hurts my RT shoulder. Did hand-release push-ups instead (died fast on those, down to singles by 16 of the 21's). Really hard to keep my core tight with the hand-release... Tried another bar dip after the WOD and it didn't hurt, but couldn't get a 2nd rep. Haven't done any in about 6 months due to shoulder. Take away is I need to be REALLY warm, and I need another MOB session.
