Had to modify since I am not squatting. Did 75# hang muscle snatch. The goal was to use a weight that I could go unbroken on and push the pace on the runs. Did this during the 4pm class with a bunch of monsters. Had JP & Hap to chase down which helped push my runs. Splits were - 2:13, 2:20, 2:27, 2:34, 2:34. Engine is starting to come back slowly. Then finished it up with a TABATA Assault Bike...80 CALS.
