Notes

Used 115# and wore my Reebok lifting shoes during the runs. First run was an easy 1:26 the rest of the runs my feet felt heavy. Probably wont be running much in those anymore. Every rep I opened the hips fully and chest was vertical squeezing my butt at the top. Focused on a better shoulder position showing the arm pits. Had a hard time maintaining it for all the reps. Probably kept it for 75% of the reps. Happy with this. Still ramping up. Legs got gassed and but overall body felt good.
