That was tough. I normally love that one but still feeling this past weekend. Lifting has been going well but my capacity isn't where it should be. Will be good to go in another month. Pretty pleased considering the heat and leg fatigue. Run splits were - 1:40, 2:01, 2:30, 2:26, 2:28. Box Jumps - 1:03, 1:06, 1:38, 1:29, 1:11. Wall balls - 1:03, 1:04, 1:06, 1:02, 1:00.
