Supposed to be a rest day BUT couldn't miss this one. Havent hit it since feb 2014. Just went hard. PR!! Unbroken box jumps for most of the workout except the 4th round but moved quickly. Wall balls unbroken. Focused on immediate transitions. Runs didnt feel fantastic but murdered it in the gym. Feeling amazing. Round splits - 1:42/0:45/1:00, 1:55/0:45/0:59, 1:57/0:46/1:01, 2:09/0:55/1:01, 2:16/0:45/1:00 (not sure exactly on the last round after the run.) Couldn't be more pleased with this. ANOTHER PR!!
