Arms were trashed from the benchmark. Loaded up the bar wrong for my first 2 sets. Was supposed to be 135 today. Accidentally had 140 on. Dropped back down to 135 for my 5+ set and only got 9 reps. I'll get 10 @ 140 easily next time.
