I got owned by the abmat sit ups. I think I am using too much hip flexor rather than abs. Day 2 of Paleo. I have to figure out my eating schedule better. I needed to eat at noon but I worked out instead. Should have eaten at 11am instead. Giving it 2 weeks to see what happens. Having a hard time getting down 10 blocks of carbs, 4 blocks of protein post wod.
