Unbroken on Double Unders and sets of 50, 40, 30 on sit ups. Our standard on abmat sit ups is feet anchored, butt remains on the ground for entire movement, abs open up and shoulders touch ground, arms stay at side and touch weights at top with no momentum. Makes for a hard sit up. Definitely a lot of room for improvement. But happy with the PR.
