Not a big PR but a PR!!! Double unders were amazing. Abs were fatigued from the 7 rep deadlift at 475# and the 3x 20 ghd sit ups. I think sub 5:30 next time. I can definitely go faster on double unders right from the start next time. #kinnickbutternation #fearthebutter #reinventingthebutter
