Last did this 1 year ago. Got 10.5 rounds last time :[ Started Wendler again this week after 6 weeks off and did deadlift on Monday... lower back is really sore and made push-ups more difficult than usual; had a hard time staying tight. All pull-ups and air squats unbroken.
