FGB: 1 min each: 14# wall ball, 55# sumo deadlift high pull, 18" box jump, 55# push press, row for calories. 1 min rest. Repeat 2 more times. My goal was to be more consistent and not blow out the first round. My SDHP and box jumps are much better, but my Push Press is still weak. I still PR'd by 31 reps!
