Hit this at Crossfit Kinnick Ontario. A much flatter course with no stops at all. Was able to push hard. Was not really looking forward to this since we have not been running and I have been focusing on strength lately only hitting 3 met cons a week. But I didn't make any excuses and just went hard. Several times I realized I was not breathing very hard so I ran faster and pushed that line. Legs felt awesome. Very pleased with this. Almost my fastest ever! First half was 9:58, second half was 10:46.
