Hit this solo and wore my Rogue v2 grips. Run slips were roughly 1:28/1:33/1:35. Kept expecting to get tired but it never happened. Especially excited because I'm maybe hitting 2 metcons a week along with 1 long run a week. Everything else I am doing is lots of volume with accessory work. Goal is sub 7 next time when I start working out again. Blasted my grip earlier today.
