BOOM!!! The plan was 7:30 and I hit it! Huge PR! My runs were the key. 1:20, 1:33, 1:45... Next time all sub 1:30. Focused on destroying the runs and recovering on the kbs and pull ups. Spent 1 minute in the gym all 3 rounds. Pumped up! Getting stronger and running faster!
