Failed on rep 4 of set 3. This was one of the hardest things I have ever done!! My left arm is KILLING ME from the lifts!!! Probably wasn't a good idea to do 90 GHD sit ups and 30 squat clean and jerks with 135# yesterday. I will be doing this again in 2 days.
