8 second PR... felt bizarre being at the box at 4 pm, but I was too tired this morning after work... Runs felt better.... all KBS unbroken... pull-ups: 4/4/4 for 1st round, then 3/3/3/3 for rounds 2 & 3 (really need to fight for bigger sets). I've been drinking more water this past week, but still felt dry/dehydrated.
