Notes

I did 385# once, but between the humidity, no chalk and no belt, I didn't think I could rep it properly without increasing the chance for injury. The bar was very slippery. It was very hard to walk away from, but I dropped the weight for the last couple of sets to ensure I got my reps in at a weight that was easy and quick so the bar didn't slip too much.
