Wore the Pendlays, and used a belt for the sets at 120kgs. Did not go heavier since that third rep was getting my elbows down a bit, but felt great never really slowed. Did 3x8 GH raises and finished off with 3x10 Inlcine DB crunch and GHD sit-ups. No met con today.
