3 board on chest. Wide grip on 45 lb barbell anchored to the ground with new red bands for added resistance. Each side had a red band anchored at the bottom which made it 40 lbs heavier at the bottom and 80 lbs heavier at the top. Worked up as follows: 135x1, 225x1, 265x1, 275x1, 285x1. Felt good. 10lb PR on this variation.
