Light (green bands) were used for this 1RM. Bands were hung from top of cage to assist with lift. Used a bow barbell and progressed as follows: 140x6, 230x2, 320x1, 370x1. Made too big of a jump and then failed at 390. Lift was also impacted by left elbow weakness on lock out position.
