Notes

Wide grip on 50 lb bow bar anchored to the ground with red bands for added resistance. Each side had a red band anchored at the bottom which made it 40 lbs heavier at the bottom and 80 lbs heavier at the top. Worked up as follows: 140x2, 190x1, 230x1, 250x1. PR. Felt good but challenging on last rep. Was able to maintain good form on last rep.
