Notes

Wide grip on 45 lb barbell anchored to the ground with red bands for added resistance. Each side had a red band anchored at the bottom which made it 40 lbs heavier at the bottom and 80 lbs heavier at the top. Worked up as follows: 135x3, 185x1,225x1, 255x1 = 5 lb PR. Felt good but challenging on last rep and butt just slightly came up.
