Wide grip on 25 lb axel bar with red bands being used for this 1RM reverse band lift. Bands were hung from top of cage to assist with lift. progressed as follows: 115x4, 205x1, 245x1, 295x1, 315x1, 335x1. Felt good and the final jump to 335 was just right.
