Narrow grip and Light (green bands) were used for this 1RM. Bands were hung from top of cage to assist with lift. Used a regular barbell and progressed as follows: 135x8, 225x2, 315x1, 365x1, 375x1. Felt good and the final jump to 375 was just right.
