Wide grip on regular barbell and Light (purple bands) were used for this 1RM reverse band lift. Bands were hung from top of cage to assist with lift. progressed as follows: 135x5, 225x1, 315x1, 365x1, 385x1, 400x1. Felt good and the final jump to 400 was just right.
