Medium grip on 50 lb. bow barbell and Light (green bands) were used for this 1RM reverse band lift. Bar also had 20 lb chains on each side. Bands were hung from top of cage to assist with lift. progressed as follows: 140x5, 230x1, 300x1, 340x1, 345x1. Felt just right at end. Butt came up slightly on last rep.
