Alcon. A bit varied in my depth. Some ass to grass, some just below parallel. Actually felt stronger ass to grass, felt like I was getting more drive from more momentum coming out of the bottom. Focused on just standing up. Did deadlifts afters and they were heavy at 5x 275.
