High bar. Home. Med + big jerk blocks Weight just over front of heal Hips (drive, then open hips) 275x3 cool down set Shoulders still be BANGING! But not as bad as low bar. Note: right elbow is raised a lot more than left. Check the pic. Consistent with me jutting right shoulder forward. Needs correction.
