Alcon. Not so bad when you tell yourself to just stand up. Rebound ! Accelerate out of pocket Keep it in the back plane Stand up. I’m wondering on the spread next time. Maybe go 10lb. (340, 350, 360). It’d be the same volume but higher last set. Or does it make more sense to keep the working sets close together as they are now?
