Alcon. Stay in the plane!! Wider grip, bar lower on back, below scap spine, Problems with bar sliding down back Brought hands in a smidge, thumb meat on power ring, really concentrated on pulling bar hard into back to stabilize it. Squats went up poetically. I think the lower bar is allowing me to engage more of the posterior chain.
