Notes

Terrible run, legs felt heavy and I had to push myself mentally just to run the 3 miles. Ran local hills up and down. I practised pistols after - sitting on a bench and on slightly lower curbs and working up from the bottom. Hard to control the lowering part, kept falling last few inches onto the curb.
